Welcome to Maw'Ade, Lebanese fast food restaurant where everything is homemade. Maw'Ade has been open for more than 15 years in the 15th district of Paris between the subway stations of Porte de Versailles and Convention next to the Georges Brassens Park.
Maw'Ade's specialty is the traditional Lebanese pancake prepared on the spot and cooked directly on the dome (curved iron plate also called "the wise"). On the menu you will find a wide range of sandwiches: vegetarian (Zaatar, Houmous, Falafel, Mutabal, Labneh), meat (Chicken, Kafta, Soujouk) or desserts.
Maw'Ade's chef, Fadel Farroukh discovered cooking as a child in his father's restaurants, such as Adonis in Dakar (Senegal) where they served many Lebanese specialties. He learned the good taste of homemade dishes and the importance of quality fresh products. These have made the success of Maw'Ade for 15 years.
